Who we are
Mosaic Bakery & Pizzeria is a new local nonprofit organization (501c3), our mission is to provide job opportunities and work training to neurodivergent individuals and adults with other disabilities.
Our inspiration stems from a deeply personal place. As parents of two autistic children, we had a pivotal conversation about supporting our children through their transition to adulthood, sparking the creation of Mosaic Bakery & Pizzeria. As we continued to navigate our journey, we chose to expand our focus to include the broader neurodivergent community. Our mission is to provide job opportunities and work training to neurodivergent individuals. Our restaurant will be a dine in and carry out Bakery & Pizzeria in the Dahlonega area.
